Information System Architecture Designing of Automatic Transformation from Cloud-based E-Portfolio to E-Assessment Using Integration of TOGAF, Strategic Information Systems Planning Methodologies, and Analytic Hierarchy Process Method

Abstract


The Inefficiency of using cloud computing technology make teacher difficult to assess E-Portfolio and this paper proposed the designing of information system architecture for automatic transformation from E-Portfolio to E-Assessment under cloud computing environment. The study objectives are for (1) designing of information system architecture for automatic system of cloud-based E-Portfolio to E-Assessment transformation according to TOGAF enterprise architecture framework, and (2) assessing the implementation capability of information system architecture with analytic hierarchy process (AHP) for strategic information systems planning (SISP). The result of information system architecture assessment for implementation capacity found that most appropriate strategic information systems planning (SISP) methodology from AHP method is strategic systems planning (SSP) methodology with highest priority vector of 0.42 and the ranking order of criteria by priority vector are enterprise architecture planning (0.34), enterprise architecture documentation (0.22), enterprise architecture programming (0.19), enterprise architecture communication (0.14), enterprise architecture governance (0.07), and enterprise architecture stakeholder participation (0.05) respectively
